Life doesn’t slow down — and too often, our health is the first thing we sacrifice to keep up. Roses and Thorns Fitness was built to change that. My goal is simple: help people build strength that lasts. Strength that endures. Strength that reminds you just how much you’re capable of — inside and outside the gym.
I’m a former Olympic-style taekwondo athlete turned fitness professional. When my competitive career ended, I struggled to reconnect with my body and movement. But through that struggle, I found purpose — and a fire to keep growing. I’ve since worked as both a personal trainer and group fitness coach, and what I’ve seen time and again is this: fitness changes people. It’s not just physical — it sharpens your mind, builds resilience, and connects you to something bigger.
My mission is to keep helping people tap into that power. One rep, one breakthrough, one person at a time.
Outside the gym, I’m a Ravenclaw, a film photography nerd, and I’m chasing a personal challenge: visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks before I turn 30.
